Owling Outing

Carpooling suggested. 3:30-3:45pm, meet at the Scuppernong Hiking and Ski Trail parking area that is located 0.4 mi east of Hwy 67/Co. Rd ZZ (north side of ZZ). To facilitate finding each other, we can try and all meet in the southwest corner of this parking area (the last parking aisle and all the way to the end near where the exit lane is.)  A WI State Park sticker will be needed. We'll return to this parking area as our last (or next to last) owling stop, so it may be a good location to carpool from. Depart at 3:45pm to the location in the paragraph below.

If already carpooling from another location, groups may choose to directly meet at Scuppernong at the parking area south of Wilton Road and N by 4:00 PM. We'll look for grassland raptors until sunset.

After sunset, we'll make our way to a several owling stops.
